  • Final details (schedule/pickup) are confirmed by contacting the customer.

Cancellations and changes

Conditions may vary by tour/service and will be confirmed at booking time. To change a booking, contact us as soon as possible.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, venue closures, etc.). Whenever possible, we offer equivalent alternatives.
